Warhammer Underworlds: Online is the new dice-and-cards strategy skirmish video game adapted from Games Workshop’s popular tabletop title – Warhammer Underworlds. It pits mighty warbands against one another in an eternal battle for Glory in the realms of the Age of Sigmar.
The streamlined fighter count of Warhammer Underworlds: Online makes it both easy to grasp and quick to play, while its digital dice-and-cards mechanics offer boundless strategic depth.
Your warband is a group of fighters who are trapped together amongst the towering spires of the Mirrored City of Shadespire, and the haunted, labyrinthine corridors of the Nightvault that lays beneath.
They are united by a common goal and each has distinct combat style and character; there is no single path that guarantees victory. Make an aggressive charge to take out enemy fighters, use clever defensive positioning to swarm your opponents, or craft a shrewd objective deck and fulfil conditions that perfectly align with the strengths of your warband.
The strategic heart of Warhammer Underworlds: Online is its deck building. Glory can be scored both by taking out enemy fighters and fulfilling objectives.
Your 12-card objective deck will shape your tactical approach to a match, while your 20-card power deck is filled with the clever gambits and powerful upgrades you’ll need to win.
Each warband has access to both a library of diverse universal cards, which lend themselves to a wide range of strategies, as well as exclusive faction cards which can only be used by your warband and highlight their strengths. This allows for an endless combination of decks.
Play, tweak and improve to craft the ultimate strategy.
Enter a shifting and perilous city, whose inhabitants have been cursed into a horrid mockery of immortality by the eternal Lord of Undeath – Nagash.
Your warband are doomed to a life of endless combat, forever roaming the streets and catacombs of a cursed city, doing battle with other warbands they encounter.
They may be cursed, but they won’t be going down without a fight.
